+ Can I skip or reschedule bookings?

Any changes to your booking must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Please contact us at info@crystalcleansydney.com.au for any changes.

+What happens if my home is not accessible for
cleaning?

If we are unable to access your home due to locked doors or failed entry instructions, an $80 fee will be charged due to the disruption and loss of allocated time. Please ensure access details are correct and updated to avoid this fee.

+ What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a $80 cancellation fee.
